The Role
We are looking for a driven and data-oriented Senior Talent Sourcer to support our growing semiconductor hiring needs. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical positions, combining market intelligence, creative sourcing approaches, and close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. You will quickly build expertise in niche semiconductor roles, actively engage top talent, and continuously optimize sourcing performance through a data-based approach. This position offers a strong development path—whether you aim to grow as a sourcing expert, progress to the next individual contributor level, or evolve into a broader recruitment role
To join our team, you should be excited to
* Own and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized semiconductor roles (prior semiconductor knowledge preferred but not required)
* Conduct in-depth market mapping and deliver talent intelligence insights
* Build and manage multi-channel sourcing campaigns across diverse platforms
* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities
* Track, analyze, and report sourcing performance metrics, including A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Your Qualifications
* Advanced sourcing expertise, ideally with knowledge of semiconductor industry talent, including hands-on experience identifying niche technical profiles
* Strong coordination and project management skills with a proactive approach, capable of running multiple searches simultaneously and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Data-driven mindset with experience in sourcing analytics, including pipeline tracking and outreach performance metrics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to share market insights and influence hiring teams through evidence-based recommendations
* Strong English proficiency and ideally good German language skills
