Open-Source Intelligence Watch Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analyst to provide direct support to a 24/7 combatant command watch floor. In this role, you will conduct rapid research and analysis of Publicly Available Information (PAI) to meet time-sensitive intelligence requirements and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders and operational staff. You will apply advanced OSINT and PAI tradecraft, digital search techniques, and geo-enabled tools to monitor emerging threats, support crisis response, and contribute to contingency operations in real time.
As part of a rotating shift team, you will play a critical role in sustaining continuous situational awareness for the command. You will often work independently during high-pressure and minimally staffed shifts, ensuring timely intelligence production, concise updates, and accurate reporting in support of global operations.

You Have:
1. 3+ years of experience in OSINT and PAI research, collection methods, and multi-source intelligence systems
2. 1+ years of experience authoring intelligence products such as OSIRs, in compliance with ICD standards
3. Experience conducting digital searches across various environments, including surface and deep sources
4. Experience with PAI platforms, datasets, technologies, associated tradecraft, and geo-enabled tools within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
5. Experience working on an intelligence watch staff at the national, combatant command, intelligence center, or service headquarters level
6. Ability to brief leadership and collaborate with colleagues
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment, including during overnight or minimally staffed shifts
8. Ability to support rotating shift schedules and surge operations during crises and contingencies
9. TS/SCI clearance
10. HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with intelligence, Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence
Nice If You Have:
11. Experience in the military or as a defense all-source analyst, writing ICD-203 compliant products
12. Experience supporting intelligence analysis related to African political, security, or socio-economic issues
13. Experience collecting and analyzing information from specific media outlets
14. Experience identifying and analyzing disinformation networks, including source vetting for bias and information accuracy
15. Experience conducting geolocation analysis using imagery, video, and other graphic sources
16. Experience with other intelligence disciplines such as SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT
17. Ability to show a score of 2/2 on the DLPT or equivalent in the French language
18. Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
19. Completion of Government or Commercial OSINT Training such as BOSIC, BOTC, AOTC, DIA Basic OSINT Course, CASO, or SANS 487

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
