Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
* Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information to clients.
* Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery.
* Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills.
* Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements to further enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
* Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong dedication to customer service.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology.
