This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll develop critical security features, optimize large-scale real-time data processing, and integrate cutting-edge cybersecurity tools (CrowdStrike, Elastic, Windows Defender). You’ll also help shape best practices, guide architectural decisions, and foster a strong development culture within the team.Key responsibilities:Develop & optimize full-stack applications using Supabase (SQL), NextJS, TypeScript, and Python.Build scalable and secure APIs to interact with security tools and external integrations.Lead & mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, technical coaching, and architectural guidance.Ensure best practices in secure coding, performance optimization, and database design.Process and analyze security data, working with SIEMs, EDRs, and real-time event processing.Work closely with security analysts to translate threat intelligence into automated detection and response features.Own and drive system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Foster a collaborative team environment, helping junior developers grow their expertise.RequirementsRequired skills & experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in cybersecurity or security-related applications. Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers in a team setting. Expertise in TypeScript, NextJS, Python, and Supabase (SQL). Strong experience with API development (REST, GraphQL), authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices. Familiarity with SIEMs, EDR solutions, security automation, and large-scale security data processing. Experience working with large-scale databases, query optimization, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience integrating with security tools like CrowdStrike, Elastic, or Windows Defender. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).Nice to have: Experience with security automation & orchestration (SOAR).
