Through strategic partnerships and innovative technology, they enable merchants to access fast, flexible funding to support every stage of their business lifecycle.Manage and own a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial contact through to completed fundingConduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and return-on-investment expectationsPresent and explain funding offers clearly while positioning the solution effectively and addressing potential objectionsCommunicate with customers through phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build relationships and maintain deal momentumCollaborate closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journeyWork toward individual and team sales targets with clearly defined KPIs across the sales funnelRepresent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all customer interactionsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sales team when needed
Fluency in English and German, both written and spokenGerman language skills are considered an advantageProven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong time management and prioritization skills with a structured approach to salesExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clientsA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environmentA positive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
