Drive Sales Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within their assigned region.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders in adjacent industries.
* Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with global teams to execute regional strategy.
Your Profile
* Qualifications: A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in English, with additional skills in German being a plus, and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
