Your role and your tasks:
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be the primary point of contact for our top brands, and will be responsible for:
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers’ needs, driving revenue growth.
* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
* Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.
* Brand Expansion & New Business Development: Proactively drive growth by expanding existing brand partnerships into new markets
Now let's talk about you:
* You bring 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
* You are a passionate sales talent, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry
* You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage
* You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
* You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team.
* You are based in Berlin or Hannover.
