For our quality management team in Bremen we are looking for a "Manufacturing Engineer HPLC consumables (m/f/d)".
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Responsible for the transition of new products to series production (NPI) and optimizing existing products and processes in the field of manufacturing HPLC consumables
2. Analyze quality data from customer feedback and returned products to identify failure modes and root causes
3. Continuous monitoring of the production performance with statistical methods to increase production output and efficiency
4. Initiate and drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects together with R&D and Production and the required changes to improve product- and process quality
5. Interface management between Development, Production, Purchasing, Product Management, and Quality Management
Qualifikationen
6. Completed degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent qualification (., certified technician, chemical technical assistant, medical technical assistant, biological technical assistant,, for example in disciplines such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, chemical/process engineering, etc.
7. Initial experience in project management, ideally with interdisciplinary development projects for consumables
8. Experience in production and working in a regulated environment (GxP) is an advantage
9. Knowledge of analytical measurement systems, ideally mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography
10. Good German and English language skills
11. Independent, structured, precise, and goal-oriented working style
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills; good conflict management and assertiveness
13. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
