About the Role
* Plan, manage, and execute events from concept to execution to follow-up
* Develop creative event formats that engage our audience
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from various industries
* Independently plan, implement, and evaluate targeted acquisition activities
* Monitor projects and prepare reports ensuring compliance with funding requirements
* Research, analyze, and structure project-relevant information and KPIs
* Maintain and ensure the quality of project databases and reporting systems
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in event management, business, communications, marketing, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in event/project management preferably in an innovation, startup, or academic context
* Strong skills in event planning, stakeholder communication, and project coordination
* Excellent speaker in English (spoken & written)
* Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
