We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven M&A professional with 3-6 years of experience, ideally gained in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A or a leading advisory firm (e.g. You advise Heraeus' Senior Executives on inorganic growth opportunities for its Operating Companies, thereby making you an essential part of Group strategy
You lead and support M&A transactions (e.g. buy/sell-sides, investments, partnerships) across all phases - from origination to integration
You prepare and deliver presentations on opportunities, deal progress, and strategic recommendations to Senior Executives, and serve as subject matter expert on M&A topics
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; At least 3-6 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, a Big Four, or a strategy advisory firm
You bring a passion for dealmaking and the ambition to drive growth with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
You have a proven track record of high performance in dynamic environments, and excel at presenting, and communicating complex analyses to Senior Executives
You thrive working with global cross-functional teams and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Very good English skills both written and spoken, knowledge of German is desirable
Strong salary package - attractive base salary plus bonus and support for private pension plan
