About Our Complaints Team: At Occlutech, our Complaints Team plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and patient safety. As part of this collaborative and quality-driven team, you’ll work closely with experts across Quality Management, R&D, and Customer Service to investigate and resolve product complaints.

Your work will focus on:
* Manage complaints: receive, document, investigate, and follow up
* Drive proactive improvements in the P13 complaint handling process (non-vigilance)
* Handle CAPAs and ECRs related to P13
* Track and analyze P13 KPIs and complaint trends
* Contribute to document improvement initiatives
* Support audit preparation and complaint presentation
* Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve processes
* Engage in root cause analysis and quality management activities
We are looking for a candidate:
* Has a degree in Medical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field
* Has preferably experience 2–3 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (QM, QC, Supply, R&D, or Customer Service)
* Brings experience with root cause analysis, complaint handling and cross-functional collaboration
* Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Has excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
* Is proficient in handling and visualizing large data sets
* Is detail-oriented, structured, and motivated team player
* Has good documentation practices (GDP experience preferred)
* Comes with a collaborative mindset and commitment to company values
