THE CHALLENGE :
To support the implementation and maintenance of the new Enterprise Risk Management Program within Sportradar by delivering on the risk management plan, providing risk expertise across all aspects of the Risk framework, and working with risk owners to support risk-informed decision-making in Sportradar.
Enterprise risk management :
* Lead in the design and implementation of Enterprise risk management processes across Sportradar.
* Specific focus on Technology, Information Security, and Operational risks.
* Support all elements of the risk management process as required:
Conduct independently regular risk identification, assessment, and evaluation with management across technology, security, and operational business units.
1. Work with Risk Owners to define risk appetite and ensure ongoing monitoring of Sportradar's adherence to set appetite via Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
2. Challenge risk owners in their prioritization of mitigating actions to effectively manage the risks identified.
3. Drive maturity of the risk management process, ensuring risk information is used to support decision-making.
4. Provide support, education, and training to the business to build risk awareness and promote the right risk culture within the organization.
5. Sit on the Engineering and InfoSec risk councils, driving comprehensive considerations of risk vs. reward.
6. Interrogate data looking for themes, oddities, and quality enhancements.
7. Deliver on specific risk-related projects in response to business needs.
8. Support the implementation and drive adoption of an industry-leading GRC Tool across the company (AuditBoard).
ABOUT YOU :
* 8+ years of Enterprise Risk Management experience, with knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and practices gained in global corporate organizations or consultancy practices.
* Experience in using data analytics to support risk insights, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, think critically, and solve problems.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven track record in developing stakeholder relationships, excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collate and summarize information clearly and design engaging reports for various audiences.
* Problem-solving skills to identify problems, deconstruct them, and work with the business to address them.
* Organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
* Experience working well within a team.
* Understanding of the technology sector, products, and services, although direct experience is not essential.
* Self-motivation, professional discipline, and excellent follow-through.
* Relevant qualifications in risk management (CRMA, MIRM, C-Risk).
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present risk information compellingly.
