With your structured and service-oriented approach, you will play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our continued international growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close coordination with logistics and order management
2. Support our global sales and after-sales teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
3. Ensure first-level support for our global user base and online shop
4. Maintain customer master data and manage customer-specific ordering platforms
5. Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
6. Contribute to customer-specific projects in collaboration with Supply Chain Management
7. Manage dunning processes
8. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of efficient and customer-oriented service processes
Qualifications
9. Successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a degree or comparable qualification
10. Several years of professional experience in customer service or inside sales
11. Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge (especially SD/MM) and confident handling of common CRM systems
12. Technical understanding and interest in industrial, logistics, and trade environments
13. Strong process understanding and pronounced customer and service orientation
14. Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
15. Structured and goal-oriented working style
16. High level of personal responsibility, flexibility, and commitment
17. Strong communication and collaboration skills
