» Your tasks:
1. Supporting the recruiters in applicant management, e.g. coordinating appointments
2. Contact person for incoming questions from applicants and external service providers via telephone and e-mail
3. Maintaining the central mail inbox of our department
4. Participation in the active and passive search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies
5. Collaboration in day-to-day business and projects
» Your profile:
6. Degree in business administration, social sciences, business psychology with a focus on human resources and/or marketing or a comparable course of study
7. Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
8. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
9. IT affinity and good MS Office skills
