As Store Manager, you will be the leader and driving force behind the success of your boutique.
You will guide the team with passion, inspiring excellence in service and delivering concrete results in terms of sales, loyalty, and customer experience quality.
With the support of your Field Coach, you will translate the brand strategy into daily actions, ensuring high performance and a motivated, cohesive environment.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to provide premium customer service.
Analyze KPIs and sales results to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring order, image, and brand standards.
Collaborate with the Field Coach and headquarters to implement commercial, product, and training strategies.
You have experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium/luxury retail.
You will have the opportunity to lead a team in an international, growing context, playing a key role in business development and brand enhancement.
