Your Mission
* Take full ownership of key accounts in the European market
* Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of electronic components
* Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the leadership team
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and responding to their needs
* Support customers with excess inventory management and value-added solutions
What You Bring
* A passion for sales – you thrive on building relationships and delivering win-win solutions
* A background in sales or technical products, ideally through a commercial apprenticeship or degree
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Resilience, positivity, and the ability to keep calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Strategic, structured, and process-oriented thinking
* Proficiency in English and strong skills in Microsoft Office
