For a growing international technology company operating in the climate-tech sector, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital communication, campaigns and brand visibility.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and continuously optimise the corporate website and landing pages with a strong SEO focus
* Plan, manage and improve Google Ads campaigns while analysing performance metrics and reporting results
* Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and YouTube tailored to different target audiences
* Conceptualise and produce video content for campaigns, events and digital communication
* Ensure a consistent corporate identity across all marketing materials
* Organise trade fairs, industry events and smaller marketing activities from A to Z
* Plan and host webinars as well as support newsletter and e-mail marketing initiatives
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Brand Marketing
* Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
* Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console
* Experience working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
Nice to Have
* Experience with video recording and editing
* Previous involvement in webinars, events or trade-show organisation
* Background in startup environments or climate-tech industries
