We are looking for a dedicated Pflegefachkraft to join our team in Andernach.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and empathy is essential for success in this position.

* Constructive collaboration with all departments within the facility.
* Close cooperation with treating doctors and service providers.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Qualifications:
* Completed training as a qualified geriatric nurse (m/w/d) or healthcare professional (m/w/d).
* Ideal would be several years of experience in geriatric nursing. However, we also welcome career changers - we will gladly integrate you comprehensively.
* Structured and meticulous working method, as well as strong teamwork skills.
