Strategic Bid Leader
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Bid Leader to oversee the end-to-end bid process for high-value IT consulting solutions.
This is a critical role in our growth strategy, ensuring timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals.
As a Strategic Bid Leader, you'll own and lead bids from opportunity qualification to submission and post-bid reviews, collaborating with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bid Leadership: Manage complex bid processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute tailored proposals and RFP responses, leveraging your expertise in Public Sector procurement processes and risk management.
* Team Coordination: Lead virtual bid teams, assigning responsibilities, setting timelines, and ensuring accountability across contributors.
* Process Improvement: Refine bid processes, templates, and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT Consulting and Technology Services.
* Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes and experience with complex European Institutions Public Tenders.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in French and English required.
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms.
