We are looking for a CRM & Automation Engineer to help us create the systems and foundations that turn bold ideas into real, scalable companies. As a CRM & Automation Engineer, you will own, design, and continuously evolve our AI‑driven CRM and automation ecosystem.
Ensure high data quality, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
AI & Data Enrichment:
Apply AI for classification, summarization, routing, and decision support
Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot
Strong understanding of AI‑driven workflows and data enrichment
Technical confidence working with APIs, webhooks, and data structures
Fluency in both German and English (required)
Experience with BI tools or data modeling
