We are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) for Flowserve throughout Germany. You will carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany, occasionally abroad (worldwide).
Your tasks:
1. Independent coordination and implementation of service and repair operations including reporting and documentation.
2. Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning of valves, electric actuators and position controllers internationally.
3. Responsible for organizing the required equipment (tools, PPE, ...).
4. Responsible for own HSE-related topics
5. Training for service partners, customers, QRC, SCS and system operators regarding the repair and maintenance of fittings, valves, electric actuators and position controllers.
6. Personal and direct customer support.
7. Collaborate with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer.
Your profile:
8. Completed training in mechanical, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable.
9. Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
10. Physical fitness
11. Intercultural competence preferred.
12. MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3 and specific programs.
13. Willingness for further training including SCC certification .
14. Good documentation skills regarding reports and other documentation
15. Ability to communicate well with customers and always present a positive image of the company.
16. Stress resistance and solution orientation.
17. Willingness to travel extensively within the country and abroad.
