Responsibilities: Support business decisions: You advise the plant management and key departments on financial matters and keep a close eye on operational KPIs. Analyze results: You compare actuals with targets, identify deviations, and contribute insights in relevant meetings. Prepare reports and forecasts: Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as P&L forecasts are part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Lead operational planning: Once a year, you coordinate and prepare the site’s full operational plan. Evaluate investments: You review CAPEX proposals, perform payback calculations, and manage the approval process. Ensure compliance: You monitor adherence to tax regulations and internal financial policies.
