As part of an important relaunch and growth project, we are seeking a General Manager for one of the Group’s companies based in central Germany. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all business operations (Sales, Service, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Project Management) to meet company objectives Develop and implement business plans focused on profitability, cash flow generation, and sustainable growth Prepare budgets and manage expenses efficiently Define strategies to enhance overall quality and productivity Provide leadership and guidance to managers and employees in their respective roles Monitor staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment and retention of talent Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate closely with Corporate Services (Organization & HR, Administration & Finance, Budgeting & Reporting, IT) to secure the necessary resources for achieving growth targets Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers, directly supporting order intake growth Promote and embody the Group’s values and culture throughout the organization Requirements Master’s Degree in Engineering 7 to 10+ years of experience in General Management, Sales, or Business Development within German industrial B2B companies, preferably in automation and robotics Strong decision-making skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proven leadership qualities Fluent in German, English, and Italian Willingness to travel Location: Central Germany (resident in Germany) Reporting to: Board of Directors #J-18808-Ljbffr
