If you decide to join us you, your tasks will be the following:
* Customer master data management, including customer name, address, VAT No., partner, payment term, currency, credit limit, back conditions, VAT scenarios, etc.
* Customer contracts management, including check, review, filing and updating of all sales contracts.
* A/R insurance management, including: CL application, and available CL reporting， Shipment declaration in time and accuracy, Possible loss notification，Claim, etc.
* AR Reconciliation Statement with customers on monthly basis, results need to summary to sales team.
* Pushing payments before and after due date.
* AR and deduction check and clearance, makes sure all the CN/DN are accuracy, correct and timely with corresponding supporting documents and with internal approvals. For not justify deductions, need to claim back and follow up closely with customers and sales team in time.
* AR Aging Report (Including deduction part) and the corresponding action plan
* Factoring, including apply for financing in time, commission and interest check, ROI analysis, audit, etc.
* Pricing management for TCL DACH(value chain table update, accumulative price list, SAP maintenance)
* Order Releasing including price check, credit check and VAT check
* Bi-weekly Smartsheet Review with sales team
* Monthly commercial rebate accrual & expenditure review by customer by ZZ code by category by period
* Monthly closing for checking the accruals, invoicing, price, tax, etc.
* Prepare relevant financial analysis reports (e.g. ABC analysis)
* Additional AR & Controller duties as necessary
