Responsibilities
1. Manage operational processes within the Fund-in-Fund Operations team and contribute to strategic initiatives for efficiency and scalability
2. Participate in cross-country projects, support new product launches, and drive automation to optimize workflows
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement process changes and system enhancements
4. Conduct risk assessments, testing, and documentation updates related to operational improvements
5. Define, implement, and manage order setup for fund-in-fund investments (, FundSettle), including eligibility checks
6. Support onboarding and documentation for new distributors and clients
7. Prepare and distribute fund-related documents to platforms and service providers (, Bloomberg, Morningstar) accurately and on time
Profile
8. Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
9. Initial experience in the asset management industry
10. Knowledge of fund operations, asset management operations, or custody services
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
12. Ability to manage cross-country operational implementation projects
13. Excellent communication skills in English; German is advantageous
14. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bloomberg and PowerBI preferred
15. Language Skills: English mandatory / German an advantage
