High-Value Bid Solutions Manager
Your Key Responsibilities
* Bid Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of bids, from opportunity qualification through to submission and post-bid reviews.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
* Proposal Development: Create high-quality, tailored proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
* Team Coordination: Lead virtual bid teams, assigning responsibilities, setting timelines, and ensuring accountability across contributors.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine bid processes, templates, and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and quality.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for all bid-related communications, both internally and with external partners or clients.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with bid commitments, timelines, and compliance.
