Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) starting in February/March to write a thesis in the field of “Comprehensive Evaluation of AI Adoption and Enhancement of AI Competence through a Corporate Learning Initiative.” You will work closely with our team and gain insights into exciting projects and processes.
Develop a strategic framework and an evaluation model for future AI upskilling programs, including improved KPIs and success metrics.
Provide empirical insights on the effectiveness of training initiatives to increase AI adoption and AI literacy.
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Computational Engineering, IT, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or related fields
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI) is a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications
Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is helpful.
