Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the Role:
* This position involves advising HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
* The role also entails supporting the development, adjustment, and implementation of compensation & benefits processes and initiatives in collaboration with other HR departments.
* Additionally, it includes conducting complex analyses in the area of pay equity.
* This position will assist in the execution of a global project related to sales compensation.
* Responsibilities also include performing job evaluations and maintaining the global job evaluation database.
* This role participates in annual processes, particularly the Annual Salary Review and Global Bonus Plan.
* Furthermore, this position involves collecting internal and external data and participating in benchmarking studies.
Requirements:
* A degree in business administration, economics, law, social sciences, or a comparable field is required.
* Professional experience in HR or finance within a company and/or consulting firm is necessary.
* Professional knowledge in the area of compensation and benefits is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder management are required.
* Basic knowledge of modern HR management methods, measures, processes, and programs is expected.
* Conceptual and analytical skills, strong IT user skills, especially in MS Excel, are necessary.
* Fluency in English; German language skills are an asset.
