About the Role
As an Installation and Operations Technician, you will be responsible for managing the installation operations of bulky items and training installers. You will ensure high-quality installations, coordinate the team, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
* Train and manage a team of installers for bulky items.
* Oversee installation operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with the operations team to align installation schedules with deliveries.
* Handle customer queries and resolve installation-related issues.
