Main Responsibilities: Perform stability and flying qualities' assessments Perform trade studies to identify optimal designs based on flying qualities' analyses and aircraft performance requirements. Collaborate with other engineers to integrate FCLs into simulation environments and into the overall aircraft system design. Support the development of FCLs and autopilot functionalities using state-of-the-art tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and SCADE Support testing, validation and certification activities by analyzing (flight) test data and generating certification evidences Desired skills and qualifications Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of flight dynamics and stability concepts. Experience with the design of control laws for UAVs Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and SCADE toolset for modeling and simulation. Experience with military certification standards (SSDS, AEP-4671, EMAR 21, MilStd 1797) Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
