Clinical Pharmacist

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hrs/week; We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support the Family Medicine department at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany. This position offers meaningful, hands-on clinical work with military patients, helping ensure safe and effective medication therapy while supporting the overall health of military families.
Order and evaluate laboratory tests to monitor therapy effects and outcomes.
Evaluate medical and medication histories for drug-related problems and adjust therapy as needed.
Facilitate Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting and drug utilization reviews (DURs).
Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or continuing medical education (CME) in clinical pharmacy.
Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or an American Red Cross-approved training program prior to starting.
