Business Development Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development expert to lead our business development effort in the DACH region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Owning and leading our business development effort to achieve sales targets.
* Staying up-to-date on public procurement processes and identifying new sales opportunities.
* Managing proposal cycles, including sourcing, selecting, and applying for RFPs and tenders.
* Researching and reaching out to potential clients to secure meetings, demos, or market intelligence for our sales team.
* Creating and updating sales assets, including pitches and technical submissions.
* Assisting our team in tracking and visualizing key sales and marketing metrics and suggesting improvements.
* Increasing our visibility and presence in the target market through partnerships and events.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development for a SaaS company or technology start-up.
* Natural listener with excellent people skills, able to run smooth demos and address client objections.
* Self-motivated and curious individual who can match client needs with our solution.
* Native German-speaker with high fluency in English.
* A network in the mobility industry is highly valued.
