As a Business Developer, you will lead and own sales initiatives to acquire new clients (Greenfield) and expand existing accounts (Brownfield). Working closely with Client Executives and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will help position Orange as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through lead generation campaigns, networking, and market insights.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and craft compelling solutions.
* Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the creation of proposals, coordinate bid teams, and negotiate complex deals to secure business.
* Account Growth: Maintain and grow profitable relationships within existing and new accounts.
* Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solution Experts, Marketing, and Partner Teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in telecom, IT, or related industries.
* Proven success in high-level corporate sales, especially Managed and/or Integration services.
* Strong business acumen with a focus on digital transformation.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to engage at C-level and build long-term relationships.
* Degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field.
