YOUR TASKS Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the defense sector, define acquisition roadmaps, and prepare offers and presentations in collaboration with product management. Customer & Market Development: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, monitor market trends, and represent the company at relevant events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, and product management to detect deviations early and ensure customer satisfaction and performance. Performance Management: Support pricing strategies, resource allocation, and provide accurate forecasts to meet revenue and profitability targets. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Completed technical degree or industrial engineering background. Several years of sales experience in the defense or automotive industry. Proven ability to sell complex electronics and lighting solutions with strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel internationally. Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset, and hands-on problem-solving approach.
