We are looking for an IT Network Administrator (f/m/d) to join our team in Heidelberg. THE POSITION As an IT network administrator (f/m/d), you will report to the CIO, manage the company network and ensure the smooth operation of the digital infrastructure. Your tasks will include finding quick solutions to any problems that arise and optimizing services. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Support of the global network environment such as switches, firewalls, proxies, DNS, DDoS, NAC Administration and management of network components such as LAN, WAN, routing, switching, DNS/DHCP Configuration of network components via script Ensuring stable operation including solving network-related problems and updating the infrastructure to the latest version Supporting projects with network designs in coordination with other infrastructure teams Implementation of solutions as part of network-related projects as technical lead and solution architect Documentation of network services, including network design and operations manuals Collaboration on our on-call support JOB REQUIREMENTS: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification IT network certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE etc. or comparable certifications from other manufacturers) an advantage Relevant professional experience in the design/conception and implementation of network infrastructures Experience with ITIL methods (IT Service Management) Team player, customer-oriented, committed, proactive and motivated WHY CELONIC?
