Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned credit professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, implementing, renewing, and monitoring credit files and their guarantees.
* Credit Analysis: The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, renewing, and monitoring credit files and their guarantees, including Lombards Loans, Mortgage Loans, Investment Loans, Syndicated Loans, Bilateral Loans, and ATF.
* Contractual Drafting: The Senior Credit Analyst will draft documentation for loans and guarantees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Stakeholder Coordination: The candidate will coordinate the implementation of files with internal stakeholders, such as the Legal Department, Credit Risk Department, Notaries, Lawyers, and Real Estate Experts.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Economics is required, along with 5+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and French is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of credit matters and related regulations, in-depth knowledge of guarantee forms and their specificities, and knowledge of the legal aspects of the target countries of our strategy.
