Office Manager (Tech/Coordinator), Between €40,000-60,000 (depending on experience), Hybrid or on site in Erding
Office Manager sought for a fast growth deep tech defense/robotics startup based in Munich. They are scaling very quickly and offering many opportunities for growth and progression. We are looking for an Office Manager who can be responsible for smooth day to day office operations, coordinating internal processes and serve as the POC for organizational matters. As an Office Manager you will be organised and support management and teams with a number of adminisitrative tasks, scheduling, travel, meetings and coordinating external suppliers.
This is a really exciting opportunity to also get stuck into HR related support and drive structure and reliability within the scaleup.
This role is offering between 40,000-60,000 EUR depending on experience plus many other benefits.
Skills sought:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager/Office coordinator role with an organized and solution-orientated manner
* A structured way of working and a genuine interest in creating order
* Experience ideally working in an administrative role within a fast moving startup
* A friendly and professional demeanor and a high level of reliability when handling sensitive information
* Ideally German OR EU Citizenship
