Job Description
* Continuously improve REPA’s international pricing strategies in close collaboration with sales, product management, and procurement
* Support daily pricing operations, including implementing and maintaining price lists and handling pricing requests
* Conduct price and margin simulations to support business decisions
* Monitor and analyze key pricing KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities
* Assist in project work related to pricing initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
* Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, result-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing software is a plus
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (C1 level)
* High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Collaborative spirit with a desire to work in an international, cross-functional team
* Eagerness to grow and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
