Job Description:
* Store Operation: Assist in completing daily store operations and management tasks to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Monitor the business condition of the store, identify issues proactively, and propose solutions under the Store Manager’s guidance. Maintain communication with the platform and headquarters to support the implementation of company strategies.
* Sales Management: Support the development and execution of store sales plans and strategies. Collaborate with the store team to achieve company sales targets.
* Product & Display Management: Supervise product turnover and replenishment processes, ensuring product displays align with company VM standards.
* Customer Service: Assist in supervising customer service operations, handle customer complaints, and ensure satisfactory service experiences.
* Team Management: Support recruitment and training of store staff, maintain adequate staffing levels, and contribute to team engagement and service quality.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze store-related data (business performance, competitor insights, etc.), prepare performance reports, and propose improvement strategies for Store Manager review.
Job Requirements:
* Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership;
* First-line retail experience is preferred, and understanding of Xiaomi's new retail is preferred;
* Two years above of working experience in store management in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred;
* Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
