Your mission
* Develop the XCMG EM market in Southern Germany
* Acquire new dealers and support existing partners
* Build direct customer relationships and provide on-site support at regional trade shows, open-door events, and customer demonstrations
* Strategically drive sales of profitable machines such as tracked excavators
* Ensure long-term dealers are equipped with sufficient stock and demo machines
* Support the introduction of electric XCMG machines
* Collaborate with Chinese management, including monthly meetings and optional customer visits to Xuzhou
Your profile
* Proven experience in earthmoving equipment sales and dealer network management
* Residency in Southern Germany and willingness to travel approximately 80%
* Experience with international OEMs and strong technical understanding, ideally including knowledge of electric drives
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and responsible working style
* Strong communication, negotiation skills, and team orientation
* Deep market knowledge and up-to-date industry insights
* Experience with trade shows and customer presentations
