We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Leader (m/f/d) Site Management".
Your tasks:
1. Define and Lead Site Projects along Project management standards
2. Support the project leaders of the site management team, actively exchange on site related development topics among all functional areas on site in the frame of the assigned projects
3. Lead the Manching High5+ Initiatives through the respective steering board
4. Lead the company sponsoring activities
5. Align site development activities with Site Coordination Group
6. Maintain a site internal network in order to facilitate the realization of the strategic site plan
7. Support the company complying with the corporate social responsibilities
8. Represent the site in front of external and internal guests and visitors, steer the development of the company to become a modern work place by driving dedicated improvement initiatives (Better Workplace)
Your profile:
9. Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, Business adminstration, Economics or a comparable qualification
10. More than three years of professional experience in the field of project Management
11. Insights on regional, political, economic and governmental structures are required
12. Very good knowledge of MS-Office
13. Experience with SAP is an advantage
14. Fluent in German and English
