Growth Development - Identify new business opportunities and secure orders from adjacent industries. Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Customer Management - Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally. Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
Market Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy.

About You:
* Educational Background & Experience: Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication & Interpersonal Competence: Fluent in English (additional skills in German is a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
