We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance PR Manager to join our dynamic Brand Communications team. In this role you will support and collaborate closely with our external PR agency to help develop and execute effective public relations strategies that lify our brands visibility manage our media relationships and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PR processes and a passion for delivering results in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate must be a native English speaker or demonstrate an equivalent level of English proficiency. Please submit some work sles! This is a 20 hour / week freelancer position whereas the 20 hours must be spread over fixed working days (at least 4 days a week and Fridays must be included) with potential to convert to a full time permanent role in 2026 and therefore preferred to be close to one of our offices in either Munich or Lisbon.
Your Tasks
1. Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Serve as a key liaison between the internal Brand Communications team and our external PR agency ensuring alignment of PR strategies with overall brand objectives.
2. PR Strategy and : Support the development and of comprehensive public relations strategies across Europe and beyond including media outreach press releases thought leadership opportunities event planning and content creation.
3. Media Relations Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across relevant sectors. Oversee the of media outreach caigns and ensure optimal media coverage for the brand.
4. Content Creation and Messaging: Work closely with the Brand Communications team to create compelling PR content including press releases media pitches speaking proposals bylines and articles ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
