Job Description
As a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/diverse), you will be a member of AUMOVIO's Global Law Department with main responsibility for providing legal advice for AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on Corporate Law and M&A projects. This encompasses:
* Advice on Stock Corporation law, including the specifics of an SE
* Supporting the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
* Advice on Capital Market laws
* Advice on Corporate Governance topics
* Supporting Corporate Finance and related transactions
* Corporate Housekeeping for subsidiaries
* Advice on and support for M & A projects, with a focus on international transactions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:
* Fully qualified lawyer in Germany
* Experienced in Corporate Law and/or M&A
* Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken)
* Business-minded and strong economic understanding
* Good communication skills
* Team player
