What you will do
The Content supply chain involves the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and distributing content to meet marketing goals. It addresses challenges such as inefficient workflows, poor resource tracking, and disjointed communication, which can hinder the timely delivery of content. By optimizing this supply chain, companies can enhance efficiency, boost engagement, and ensure a seamless flow of content from creation to customer delivery.
We are searching for a Content Supply Chain Solution Consultant.
* Inspire customers to favor Adobe's Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe GenStudio, Experience Manager, Workfront, and Adobe's digital Media technology) solutions by developing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
* Exhibit thought leadership and drive innovative approaches to successfully lead engagements with consistency and minimal guidance. Drive complex discovery processes to uncover customer needs and challenges across strategic organizations.
* Demonstrate personal and ecosystem skills to develop and implement innovative solutions at an inspiring leader level, showing how Adobe solutions can solve business objectives and challenges.
* Establish relationships internally at Adobe and with customer points of contact up to C-Suite.
* Develop and communicate SC recommendations during calls, presentations, and readouts for strategic/DAX accounts.
* Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert, actively providing expertise to customers.
* Demonstrate how solutions address customer business challenges and lead solution evaluations.
* Manage ecosystem resources effectively and possess proficient knowledge of related technologies to position against competitors.

What you need to succeed
* Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, content management, and omnichannel content delivery.
* Excellent subject matter expertise with a validated track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions.
* Familiarity with Work Management solutions like Wrike, Asana.
* Strong experience with selling or implementing enterprise-class Web content management or Workflow management solutions; experience with AEM or Workfront is a plus.
* Knowledge of complementary and competitive products such as SiteCore, Magnolia, Contentful, Sprinklr, Wrike, Asana.
* At least 4 years of experience in digital business-driven companies.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Ability to listen, analyze, and solve business problems.
* Enthusiasm for digital applications.
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
* Strong partnership skills and appreciation for collaboration.
