Your tasks include further developing services, their operation with modern approaches for monitoring, log analysis and efficient platform control, as well as promoting a service mentality within the team.
You ensure that services don't just run but shine with lean processes, clever automation and an eye on stability, transparency and quality.
Additionally, you coordinate sprint and quarterly planning, prioritize according to business value and make innovation and efficiency a reality. Finally, you are a sparring partner for specialist departments and manage external providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility: Lead a team of 7 and oversee ~15 IT services in a stable, secure, high-performance and future-proof manner.
* Shape further development: Further develop services, their operation with modern approaches for monitoring, log analysis and efficient platform control.
* Promote a service mentality: Shape a team of technical experts into a genuine service organization with clear KPIs and customer centricity.
* Living operational excellence: Ensure that services don't just run but shine with lean processes, clever automation and an eye on stability, transparency and quality.
* Control planning: Coordinate sprint and quarterly planning, prioritize according to business value and make innovation and efficiency a reality.

Your Qualifications:
