Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Croatian and English to join the Booking Customer Support Group in Athens. You will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
* Follow company procedures and quality standards
* Collaborate with internal teams for case escalations
Working Schedule
* Monday to Sunday
* Shift window: 08:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
* 40 hours per week
* 8 hours per day / 5 days per week
Work Model
* On-site for the first 9 weeks
* Remote work may be considered afterward based on performance and readiness
Contract Type
* Permanent contract
Compensation
* Base Salary: competitive
* Salaries paid 14 times per year:
o 12 monthly salaries
o 1 extra salary at Easter
o 1 extra salary split between Summer & Christmas
* Performance Bonus (as per company policy)
* Meal Vouchers: €50 per month
