As Global Marketing & Communications Manager for the OEM customer segment within Drive Products, you will shape how ABB shows up across global markets. You will define, lead, and execute the strategy that positions ABB as the partner of choice for OEMs worldwide.
Location
This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe, with preference for Finland (Helsinki), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni) or Germany (Mannheim). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the global marketing & communications strategy for the OEM customer segment.
* Lead, develop, and coach the global Marketing & Communications team.
* Act as the OEM marketing expert, ensuring deep insight into customer needs and market dynamics.
* Translate business strategy into clear marketing priorities, plans, and KPIs.
* Drive integrated global campaigns across digital, content, events, and account‑based marketing.
* Ensure consistent brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging across all regions.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, regional marketing teams, and external partners.
* Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance and budget impact.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
* 10 years of experience in global B2B marketing and communications, ideally in industrial or OEM‑focused sectors.
* Proven experience building and executing global marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
* Strong leadership skills with experience developing high‑performing teams.
* Solid understanding of OEM customer behavior and complex buying cycles.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics, and content development.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Fluency in English and valid work authorization in the hiring country.
