As part of the AIFM's growth strategy, the Senior Corporate Officer will oversee daily legal administration tasks for alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage files from setup to dissolution/liquidation for alternative investment funds.
* Coordinate board meetings, shareholder meetings, board packs, draft minutes, and resolutions, ensuring follow-up on day-to-day legal matters.
* Act as key contact for clients with inquiries, handling bank account openings and other administrative tasks.
* Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately.
Required Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer in PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
* Autonomy in handling files from constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
* A diverse portfolio including Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
* Proficiency in English for effective integration and client communication.
* Bachelor or Master degree in Law or relevant certifications.
