The Role
As an Inside Sales Manager DACH at VR Expert, you are responsible for the care and development of existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and drive business growth through telephone and digital outreach.
* Conduct product presentations and consultation sessions on innovative XR solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
* Prepare customized proposals and coordinate the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and closures.
* Maintain and enhance customer data within the CRM system (Salesforce).
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to strengthen brand presence and attract new customers.
* Continuously monitor market trends and perform competitive analyses to uncover new sales opportunities.
* Use market intelligence to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.
What we are looking for:
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and explore new approaches.
* Strong service orientation when engaging with high-standard customers.
* Confident and efficient use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
* Structured and independent working style, combined with a high degree of self-motivation.
* Creative thinker with a flair for innovation and out-of-the-box ideas.
* Familiarity with virtual, augmented, and mixed reality (VR/AR/MR), with initial hands-on experience preferred.
* Native German speaker with advanced English skills in both writing and speaking.
